Authorized Reseller Website Registration Form

If you purchase Winsor & Newton, LeFranc Bourgeois, Liquitex, Conté a Paris, and Snazaroo products from a Colart Americas, Inc. (“Colart”) Authorized Distributor for purposes of resale to end-user consumers and wish to sell Colart products online through your own proprietary website, you must register your website with Colart.

Please be advised that authorization to sell Colart products online on your own proprietary website is granted only after registration with Colart. Authorization to sell Colart products on online marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Target+, and Walmart Marketplace) is not granted through this registration form.

To register your website, please (1) fill out the Authorized Reseller Website Registration Form below, (2) review the terms in the Colart Americas, Inc. Authorized Reseller Policy, and Online Sales Guidelines attached as Exhibit A, and (3) click SUBMIT.

By completing this registration process (and provided that the website you identify satisfies all criteria in the Colart Americas, Inc. Auth orized Reseller Policy to be considered a “Permissible Public Website” and that the website and your operation of it satisfy the Online Sales Guidelines), you will be authorized to sell Colart products through this website unless you are notified by Colart that your authorization has been revoked.

This website registration process and the Colart Americas, Inc. Authorized Reseller Policy are only applicable in the United States.
