During this time, Alison has shown constant commitment, excellence, and a strong passion for her job. Known for her keen attention to detail and straightforward approach, Alison has been a dependable and effective member of the UK HR team.

Starting in 1995 as Executive Assistant to the CEO, Ali actually supported four different CEOs over a 25 year period, showing her adaptability and resourcefulness.

Ali’s knack for anticipating needs and solving problems has played a key role in both her success and her subsequent move in 2020 into talent acquisition withing the HR team. Since then, Ali has skilfully identified and attracted top talent, perfectly matching our company’s goals making her a really valuable part of the team.

Reflecting on her journey, Alison says:
