This year marks a significant achievement for one of our valued colleague, Neesha Jethaa – Global Brand Project Manager who is celebrating 10 years at Colart.

Neesha’s own words:

“I can’t believe how quickly the past 10 years have flown by.

I’ve had the privilege of working across multiple departments at Colart, beginning as an I&D Chemist on the Cadmium-Free development.

I then transitioned into Project Management, where I spent the majority of my career managing NPD & EPD Projects working cross-functionally across Lab, Regulatory, Operations, SIOP, Brand and Commercial teams, delivering a wide range of product and merchandising projects.

A brief period in Business Development helped pave the way to my current role as Global Brand Project Manager for Winsor & Newton.

Each role has equipped me with new skills, broadened my perspective, and allowed me to build lasting relationships across the business.
