We’re looking for a hands-on, creative and detail-obsessed Liquitex Global Social Media Specialist – Content Management to join the Liquitex brand team. This role is executional and community-driven, ideal for someone who is always online, loves the art world and is obsessed with creative culture.

Location: Piscataway, NJ, 2 – 3 days per week onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Liquitex Global Digital Specialist – Content Management will play a critical role in shaping and executing our always-on and campaign content across owned and paid channels. This role will partner closely with brand, digital and channel leads to ensure content is strategically aligned, operationally sound and consistently executed across email, web, paid and organic social and DTC touchpoints.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends content management, production oversight and reporting. The Liquitex Global Digital Specialist – Content Management will be involved from ideation through execution, helping translate brand and campaign strategies into compelling, channel-specific content while managing timelines, resources and production workflows.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Content and Channel Planning

  • Partner with the Senior Global Brand Manager to develop content across key channels including email, web, paid and organic social and DTC platforms.
  • Own channel-specific content planning, ensuring messaging, formats and cadence are optimized for each platform while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Help translate brand and campaign strategies into actionable content plans and briefs; own the briefing process.
  • Contribute to the evolution of always-on content frameworks and storytelling systems.

Content Management and Execution

  • Manage day-to-day content workflows across channels, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and brand guidelines are met.
  • Coordinate with internal channel owners (email, web, social, paid) to align content needs, timelines and deliverables.
  • Support content performance reviews and apply learnings to optimize future content.
  • Maintain content calendars, asset tracking and documentation to ensure clarity and efficiency. Regularly update teams and communicate status changes and delivery shifts.
  • Upload content to our internal server, organizing and maintaining relevant brand content as needed.

Content Production and Shoot Management

  • Support ideation and development of always-on content programs, including concepting, briefing and asset planning.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of content shoots, including briefing creative partners, managing shot lists, timelines and deliverables.
  • Serve as a key point of contact during production to ensure content needs are met across channels.
  • Help manage post-production workflows, ensuring assets are delivered, organized and ready for deployment.

Campaign Content Support

  • Assist the Senior Global Brand Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to support campaign content production pre- and post-production.
  • Assist in briefing creative partners and agencies on campaign content needs and deliverables.
  • Help manage campaign content timelines and asset readiness across channels.

 Content Reporting and Insights

  • Monitor performance metrics across platforms, helping the team understand what’s working and where we can optimize; intended application of learnings.
  • Support monthly and campaign-level reporting.
  • Leverage key insights from social listening, research studies, consumer care and the Global Digital team to inform communication and content planning.
  • Support Senior Brand Manager and Digital Strategists to set realistic performance targets.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in content management, content strategy or brand marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content development across email, web, social (paid and organic) and DTC environments.
  • Experience supporting content production, including shoot planning, briefing and asset management.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional partners is desirable.
  • Previous brand or agency experience with proven experience in digital marketing and campaign planning.
  • Experience in content capture, video editing or graphic design (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.) is beneficial.
