Regional Sales Manager

Join us as our new Regional Sales Manager and help shape the future of our brands across the South.  As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring our brands show up brilliantly in-store and online.

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 + Company Car

Location: South of England (field-based)

Key Responsibilities

Territory & Account Management

  • Deliver sales, distribution and profitability targets across your region.
  • Build strong customer relationships and lead structured territory planning.
  • Forecast accurately and ensure high standards of in-store execution.

Sales Execution & Activation

  • Implement national campaigns and customer-specific promotions.
  • Support demos, training, and events to drive sell-through and brand performance.
  • Monitor and report competitor activity.

Digital Enablement

  • Drive adoption of our B2B portal, supporting customers to use digital tools effectively.
  • Use CRM and Power BI to analyse performance, plan activity, and improve execution.

New Business Development

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Present compelling commercial proposals to expand distribution and visibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing, trade marketing, digital teams and fellow RSMs.
  • Align regional plans with national strategy for consistent brand execution.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and performance reports.
  • Attend national meetings, training sessions, and key industry events.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Technical Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a field-based sales role.
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into action.
  • Experience in strategic account management and new business development.
  • Good understanding of margins, trade spend, rebates and Gross-to-Net.
  • Confident using CRM tools, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
