Today Fatima Kadic celebrates 10 years at Colart, marking a decade of outstanding commitment and service to the company.

Fatima’s own words:

Wow — 10 years ago, I joined Colart to help with packaging updates following changes in regulations. I was made to feel so welcome from day one, and it truly solidified my love for both the role and working at Colart.

I started working in the regulatory department at a time when there was no in-house creative setup and packaging assets were not yet centralised. What started as regulatory support evolved into bigger and more exciting job, working on projects — from packaging redesigns and NPDs to sustainability initiatives, our annual regulatory updates project and much more.

Over the years, I’ve worked with different teams and am proud to have grown and shaped the artwork function into a central point for all packaging-related support across our brands.

Collaborating with teams globally and learning every stage of the process — from design and manufacturing through to retail — has been an incredibly rewarding experience.
