Location: White City, West London
Salary range: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Benefits: Pension scheme, life insurance, employee assistance programme, 25 days annual leave, Colart product discounts and hybrid working
Reports to: Global Head of Portfolio
Your Role as Global Brand Manager
Since 1832, Winsor & Newton has combined artistic insight with scientific expertise to create world-class art materials. As Global Brand Manager, you will play a key role in delivering innovation and renovation projects across the portfolio, taking ideas from concept through to successful global launch.
Working closely with cross-functional teams and local markets, you will identify consumer opportunities, develop compelling propositions and ensure excellence in product and brand execution.
We are looking for someone who thinks like both an artist and a scientist: someone who combines artist empathy with commercial rigour and is motivated by a simple purpose — to help artists everywhere feel in colour.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovation and renovation projects from concept to global launch.
- Translate consumer insights, market trends and competitive activity into product opportunities.
- Develop product positioning, messaging and proposition frameworks.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Operations and Innovation teams to drive profitable growth.
- Support the development of packaging, marketing materials and commercial toolkits.
- Build strong relationships with regional teams to enable successful market execution.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree qualified or equivalent.
- Proven brand management experience, ideally with innovation and portfolio management responsibility.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across functions in a fast-paced global environment.
- Passion for understanding consumer needs and turning insights into action.
- Desirable to have second language proficiency and an interest in art, creativity or artist communities.
