This week we proudly recognise Emma Stevens’ 30th anniversary with Colart – a remarkable milestone that embodies loyalty, resilience, and heartfelt dedication.

Emma’s journey began in 1995 at our Kidderminster production site, where she diligently assembled creative kits like the cherished Reeves Scraper Foil Kits and Paint by Numbers. In 2009, she paused to welcome her son Oscar during maternity leave, returning in 2010 with the same vibrant energy and commitment that have consistently characterised her career.

In 2012, Emma transitioned into the warehouse as a general operative, embracing diverse roles in Goods-In, Despatch, and Carousel. Her eagerness to learn and support her colleagues has always shone brightly.

In June 2024, Emma embraced a new chapter as she was promoted to Team Leader in Despatch – a role that truly reflects her extensive experience, leadership qualities, and deep understanding of our operations.

Emma’s journey exemplifies long-term dedication and personal growth truly mean. She hasn’t just been a part of Colart’s story; she has helped shape it and we are incredibly proud to have Emma with us.
