Key Account Manager – Sweden

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Sweden to join our European Commercial Department.  Whilst the position is home-based, the successful candidate should reside in Sweden to facilitate and maintain thorough business relationships with the key accounts.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Reporting to the Commercial Manager – Eastern Europe & Sweden, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth in the multimillion Euro Sweden region by developing a profitable business to deliver the Colart strategy of sustainable branded growth.  This will be achieved through effective management of retailer, distributors and B2C, together with championing the recruitment of new consumers in order to gain market share and increase brand visibility.

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field
  • An experienced key account sales manager, well versed in the nuances of multi-market relationships and sales delivery within the Nordic region
  • Proven progressive sales, marketing and commercial management experience ideally in a leading consumer goods multinational
  • Experience in working with retailers and third party distributors
  • Broad-based knowledge of the multi-national consumer and trade market place
  • Fluency in both English and Swedish; plus knowledge of an additional Nordic language would be beneficial

  • Able to command respect and cooperation of management, distributors and customers at all levels

  • Basic salary (from c. 650,000 Swedish krona p.a.)
